- Timayamba kuwiritsa madzi ndikuwonjezera kilogalamu imodzi ndi theka kwa mphindi zosachepera 15. Tidzawona kuti ndi okonzeka pamene mungathe kudula ndi manja anu mosavuta.
- Kenaka timapanga kuvala ndi supuni ya adyo pansi, kapu ya anyezi wofiira odulidwa, kapu ya tsabola wachikasu wosakanikirana, mchere, tsabola woyera, chitowe ndi chotokosera mano kuti tilawe.
- Timalola kuti kununkhira kwa chovala ichi kulowetse chilengedwe kwa mphindi 15 ndikuwonjezera katatu kodulidwa ndi jet ya msuzi wake wophika.
- Lolani kuphika kwa mphindi zingapo kuti chovalacho ndi katatu zisakanize bwino.
- Timawonjezera mbatata ziwiri zazikulu zoyera kapena zinayi zapakati zodulidwa mu cubes, kuphatikizapo timbewu tating'onoting'ono tatsopano.
