  • When the syrup has already boiled and has a homogeneous texture, you are going to remove it from the heat and you are going to spread it in the bowl that contains the chopped fruit.
  • Once this is done, you will cover the bowl and you will add a mixture of 100g of grams of sugar diluted in 100ml of water daily, you will do this for about 8 days.
  • Once the time of 8 days has elapsed, you go on to strain the fruit very well and then you will place them again in a bowl and leave them in a place that can be aired, either your table or counter.
  •  Remember to spread the cubes very well, so that they get better drying.
  • And finally, you will have to prepare the colorants that you will add to the fruit and you will separate the fruit in different and suitable containers.
  • Then wait for them to dry very well and if you wish, rinse and syrup a little, to add a little shine, and your fruit is ready.
