Ingredients

  • 1 kg of shrimp or prawn tails
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of pisco
  • 1 lettuce
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Shrimp Cocktail Preparation

  1. Let's start by making a Golf sauce with a homemade mayonnaise to which we add a touch of Ketchup, 5 drops of Worcestershire sauce, 5 drops of orange juice and drops of pisco.
  2. We cook shrimp or prawns with their shell, just for a couple of minutes. Then we peel them and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. We cut an avocado into small pieces.
  4. We cut the hard-boiled eggs in four.
  5. We cut lettuce into Julienne.
