  • 1/2 kilo of tomato
  • 4 chili pepper
  • 2 coriander leaves
  • 4 corn
  • 4 fresh lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation of Choritos a la chalaca

  1. The first thing will be to mix everything in a bowl 2 cups of diced red onion, 1 cup of chopped tomato and half a cup of chili pepper or chili pepper, very small, without veins or seeds. We also add two tablespoons of chopped cilantro and three-quarters of a cup of shelled and cooked corn. Mix well and add the juice of 12 lemons with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add a tablespoon of the mustard concentrate that we keep and cover each woolly with plenty of chalaca sauce and voila! We accompany it if we want some fresh lettuce.
  3. We can also make some clams with chalaca, some shells with chalaca, some black shells with chalaca, an octopus with chalaca, some prawns with chalaca or some mushrooms with chalaca if you are vegetarian.

To prepare a chalaca sauce, we mix shelled cooked corn, cooked peas, finely chopped Chinese onion, a pinch of grated kion and drops of oil. Tasty!
