Ingredients

  • 1 boneless pork loin (three kilos approximately)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce

For the marinade

  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon of cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 cup of soda coca cola

Preparation of Christmas Loin

  1. We preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Next, we bathe the whole loin with salt, mix the rest of the marinade ingredients.
  2. Now put the barbecue sauce on top, you can refrigerate the tenderloin with the marinade overnight or you can bake it at once, in both cases wrap it with aluminum foil so that it does not glaze ahead of time.
