  • 1 kilo of pork loin
  • 1 cup of broth
  • 1 1/2 cup of sweet wine
  • 1 / 2 raisin cup
  • 1 cup of herbs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of minced ham
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Onion and garlic
  • Salt and pepper.

Christmas pork tenderloin preparation

  1. Let's start by preparing the pork to start the preparation, for this we will wash and dry the pork loin. Now with the help of a very sharp knife, we will make a kind of tunnel through the center from one end to the other.
  2. Then, in a bowl we mix the wine with the broth, add the breadcrumbs, raisins, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. We marinate the tenderloin with this mixture inside and out. We will leave in maceration for two hours.
  4. Fill with the marinade, ham, onion, garlic, oil and lemon juice and now close the ends of the loin with toothpicks or wick.
  5. We are already finishing !. Now it's time to melt the margarine and spread the tenderloin all over, wrap it in greased aluminum foil and tie it with a wick from end to end, bake it at 350 ° F for 1 hour and a half.
  6. Finally, remove the paper and let it brown uncovered for about ten more minutes. After that time you will be ready to serve yourself, bon appetit!
