Preparation of homemade bread well explained – STEP BY STEP

After having the ingredients ready, the only thing you need to prepare homemade bread is to follow the following steps to the letter:

STEP 1 – PREPARE DOUGH

In a small cup, add 200 grams of flour, 10 grams of yeast, 50 grams of sugar and 100 milliliters of milk and mix well. until all the ingredients are evenly combined. Cover with a towel and let rest for 45 minutes.

Then, find a large bowl and add 100 grams of flour, 5 grams of salt, 1 egg and mix all the ingredients well. By having such a mixture, Add the dough that you left resting and continue mixing.

STEP 2 – KNEAD

After having prepared the dough, you just have to place it on a flat surface to be able to knead it for about 5 or 8 minutes. Then, you add the butter and keep kneading until smooth. Try to make sure the dough is never sticky. If it is, flour your hands.

STEP 3 – REST

After you already have one kneaded dough and perfect, you should find a large bowl and add a little vegetable oil. Then, you will place the dough there and cover it with a towel. You will place it in a warm place so that it rests for 2 hours and with this, it manages to become about twice its size.

STEP 4 – LAYERS

While the dough rests, you can go preparing layers in small bowls. To prepare a cheese layer, you simply have to beat an egg in a cup and then add the cheese and the remaining milk. Subsequently, mix until homogeneous.

To prepare a sweet coat, find a small bowl and beat the butter with sugar and flour until it becomes homogeneous.

STEP 5 – GREASE TRAYS

STEP 6 – COMPLETE DOUGH

  1. Bread can be saved at room temperature in an airtight dish until for 3 days. More if where you live is not humid.
  2. As well you can freeze but also for 2 months. Before consuming, remove from the freezer 20 minutes before, or use the microwave to thaw.
  3. If you want to make it just with cheese, use the whole egg and one more cup of cheese.
  4. If you want to make just sweet flour, double the recipe as well.
