Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • ¼ glass of white wine.
  • 2 sprigs of parsley.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.
  • Sea salt.

Preparation of the grilled squid

  1. As a first step, we must take the squid and clean them very well, for that, we must remove the skin and the viscera, then we will divide the heads from their bodies. We will take the squid and put them on absorbent paper to extract as much moisture as possible. Cleaning squid can be a somewhat tedious task, but it is simple.
  2. Then, we will go on to preparing the dressing that we are going to apply on the squid. We will take the garlic and the parsley leaves previously washed and drained, and we will chop them very finely, we will integrate them in a mortar with the olive oil and the wine.
  3. Then we can take an iron, apply a little oil and heat it, it is necessary that the iron is very hot to prevent the squid from sticking. We will cook the seafood for a couple of minutes on each side, so that they brown a little.
  4. When we see that the squid have the desired color, we will add the garlic dressing, parsley, olive oil and wine, and we will let them cook for another minute.
  5. The preparation will be ready to be served immediately, and there you can sprinkle a little sea salt.
