Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 avocado unit
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 4 tbsp. roasted corn
  • 1 tbsp. cream cheese
  • 1 dash of sunflower or olive oil
  • 2 red onions, cut into thin julienne strips
  • 4 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 sweet peppers finely cut into strips
  • 1 hot pepper finely sliced
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large pot, bring plenty of water to a boil salt and garlic
