Ingredients

  • 1 can of shredded tuna
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon of onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of oil

Mix the rice, tuna, onion and egg yolk well.

Give it the same shape as the stuffed potato.

Pass the croquettes through the mixture of water and egg white then through the biscuit powder and let them take a few minutes
