  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 white onion
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 glass of dry red or white wine
  • Oregano powder
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of the lamb chops

  1. To begin with, we must preheat the oven to about 200 degrees Celsius. While heating, we will go on to mince the garlic cloves very finely.
  2. The onion can be cut into slices preferably, separating each onion ring.
  3. With the potatoes, we can cut them into wedges.
  4. The two branches of parsley, wash them well and finely chop their leaves.
  5. It will be necessary to have a casserole of adequate size suitable for putting it in the oven. In the casserole we will add the oil together with the finely chopped garlic cloves, also the oregano and rosemary and we will proceed to integrate them well.
