Ingredients

  • 500 grams of cooked thin noodles
  • 4 pieces of chicken
  • 2 cups red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 of cup of ají panca liquefied
  • 2 cups of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of carrot grated
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 dried mushroom
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Preparation of noodle with chicken

  1. We buy small chickens, which we cut into four. We brown the prey seasoned with salt, pepper in a pot and remove them.
  2. In the same pot where the chickens were browned, we sweat 2 cups of chopped red onion for 5 minutes. Add two tablespoons of ground garlic and leave for another 2 minutes.
  3. Now add a quarter of a cup of blended aji panca and after 5 minutes add two cups of blended tomato with a cup of grated carrot.
  4. We now add two bay leaves and a dried mushroom. Let it cook for a long time over low heat, scraping the bottom of the pot so it does not burn.
  5. Now we add the prey to finish cooking. If you like, you can add some peas to the sauce. They taste the salt, arrange the noodles that they like the most in a pan, add the sauce, place the prey on top, more sauce and that's it!
