  • 1/2 kilo of yuccas

Huachana Sausage Preparation

  1. We start by boiling the yuca in a medium-bottomed pot for about 20 to 30 minutes until they are well cooked. It will be completely parboiled when we check by pricking a fork and this is easily embedded in the yucca.
  2. Once the yuccas are parboiled, we cut into cubes.
  3. In a pan with plenty of oil, add the yuccas to fry until golden brown. We booked.
  4. They crumble the sausage and put it in a pan to brown into small pieces. At that time, add the fried yucca cubes and let it mix with the sausage.
