  • 1 medium turkey
  • 1 kilo of green grapes
  • 2 green apples
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1/2 liter of grape juice
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 25 grams of unflavored gelatin
  • Lettuce
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sugar to taste

  • 100 grams of milk cream

Preparation of Turkey stuffed with grapes

  1. Pre-prepare the turkey so that it is clean and dry on the day of preparation.
  2. Remove the grapes from the cluster and reserve the nine largest grapes for the final decoration.
