  • 1 cup of vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced roasted garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped thyme
  • 1 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 cup of chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Baked Suckling Pig Preparation
