Ingredients

  • 1 kg of orange (850 ml of juice)
  • 300 grams of sugars
  • 850 ml water
  • 3 g stabilizer (1 level teaspoon)

Orange Juice Preparation

  1. Pour the juice into the saucepan. Remember that cooking the juice prevents it from spoiling or vinegar.
  2. Add the water to the juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the preservative to the sugar.
  4. Mix both ingredients well.
  5. Pour the sugar and stabilizer mixture into the pot.
  6. Stir the ingredients well.
  7. Remove the concentrate into a measuring jug.
  8. Pour hot into a chosen glass or container. Fill to the top and voila! To enjoy.
