  • 1 cup of white onion cut very finely
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 400 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli
  • 2 parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lettuce
  • 3 tomates
  • Mayonnaise
  • 4 hamburger buns

Quinoa Burger Preparation

  1. We start this recipe of the gods by pouring oil into a pan until its surface is covered and we sweat over a low heat a cup of finely cut white onion with a teaspoon of ground garlic.
  2. We add 2 cups of well cooked quinoa.
  3. We add a splash of the quinoa cooking broth to the mixture, mix and add a cup of cooked broccoli with stem leaves and everything (chopped very small).
  4. Next we pour a jet of the broccoli cooking broth. We thicken well and add chopped parsley.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of cumin, let it cool.
  6. We shape it into a hamburger, we pass it through flour and then through beaten egg.
  7. We cut some lettuce, some sliced ​​tomatoes. We prepare homemade mayonnaise and ajicitos.
  8. We brown our quinoa and broccoli burgers in a pan and mount the burger on a bun.
