Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken wings
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • chairo
  • 100 grams of chopped cilantro

For the Anticucho dressing

  • 4 tablespoons of ground chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cumin to taste

For the Chalaca Sauce

  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 minced chili pepper
  • 1 lemon

Preparation of chicken wings

  1. After buying a kilo of chicken wings and cut them in two.
  2. We season it with salt and pepper. Immediately we fry them over medium heat until they are golden brown.
  3. When the wings are fried, we mix them with an anticucho dressing, made with ground chili pepper, ground garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin. We put everything in a pan.
  4. We heat it with a teaspoon of honey, a few drops of soy sauce and minced coriander
  5. We remove and bathe everything with a chalaca sauce made with minced red onion, minced ají limo and lemon drops and that's it.

Tips and tricks to make delicious chicken wings

If you are also light, you can make these wings in the oven very hot. In this case, adding the marinade along with the wings from the beginning of cooking.
